Blindfolded Dart Throwing Week 5

Submitted by on October 2, 20097 Comments

So last week didn’t go too well for the Lions. But we managed to pick the winners of all the other Big Ten matchups. This week, there is finally some disagreement in our Big Ten picks.

Kevin Devon Charlie
Northwestern @ Purdue
Michigan @ Michigan State
Wisconsin @ Minnesota
Arkansas State @ Iowa
Penn State @ Illinois
Ohio State @ Indiana
Current Record

13-3

11-5

12-4

I took a leap of faith picking the Spartans and Badgers. Devon went with the Wildcats against the Boilermakers. Although we all picked Penn State, I have a feeling Penn State could stumble in their first game away from Happy Valley and struggle even with the porous Illini defense. But I’m still picking the Lions to prevail and hopefully propel me into the lead for the first time.

As of 11:13 AM, Saturday morning, Devon is also taking Michigan State.

They've got a good shot. Even Stewart Mandel think so. Rivalry games are always unpredictable and Dantonio has a special hatred for Michigan ever since Hart ridiculed them.

I changed my mind. Michigan State for me.

We now have a three-way tie for first. Awesome.

Nice last minute decision! I had a feeling the Spartans always reserve their best game against the Wolverines. An inferiority complex thing or something.
