Kevin may have a problem Saturday
I’ll be posting my responses for the Blue White Round Table later today, but wanted to share this video with you to get your morning off on the right foot!
Also, did you hear?
One of our favorite recent wide receivers, Jordan Norwood, is headed to Philadelphia and could very well be joining the Eagles in some capacity. The logical thought would be that Norwood will fill an empty spot on the Eagles’ practice squad as the team is pretty stacked at wide receiver on the active roster.
The Eagles also just lost a wide receiver from their practice squad as he signed on with the St. Louis Rams.
Norwood was cut by the Cleveland Browns before the start of the NFL season. Good luck to Norwood as he continues to work his way into the NFL at some position (special teams perhaps?)
Now, what might my problem be on Saturday?
Schedule.
I am all for prime time games on national television, but I am really starting to worry about what I am going to do. Allow me to explain.
As you may already know, I am a die hard Phillies fan. Currently the magic number for the Phillies to clinch the NL East division title (Devon – that would be three in a row, just so you know) is five. It would seem that the chances are pretty good that the defending World Series champions will clinch the division Friday night, which would be fantastic for me.
But what if they struggle and are in a clinching situation on Saturday night in Milwaukee? whatever is a Phillies and Penn State fan to do?
Hopefully I will not be faced with such a problem, but I hope you will excuse me in advance, if the situation calls for it, if I am a slight bit distracted Saturday night.
